• How STRONG are you?
Ok you've seen Strongman on ESPN late at night. Now is your chance to try some of the events. Rick Fowler and Pat Rankin will be organizing a
walk up Strongman type event where contestants can choose which events want to try, one or all of them. At the end, awards will be handed out in three separate divisions.
Events will more than likely be: Tire Flip, Farmer's Walk, and Log press for reps. This will be ran outside in conjunction with the BarBQ on Saturday evening.
• Lifting legend Dave Draper will be at Bench Press Nationals
That's right lifting fans...the Blond Bomber will be in attendance at the Nationals! Dave sells a product called Top Squat, which allows
people with limited shoulder flexibility to get under a bar and squat. Check out his product ahead of time, then visit him at the Nationals!
